Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms: By registering, accessing, or utilizing Fun Loop API's services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion, you must terminate access immediately.

2. Authorized Use: The service is provided strictly for legitimate commercial messaging, customer engagement, and transaction notifications. Sending unsolicited bulk spam, phishing campaigns, deceptive content, or violating telecommunication regulations (including TRAI/DLT and WhatsApp Commercial Policies) will result in immediate account termination without refund.

3. Channel Provider Rules: Customers acknowledge that third-party messaging networks (Meta/WhatsApp, Telegram, and Telecom Carriers) maintain independent anti-spam heuristics. While Fun Loop implements anti-ban throttling and speed pacing, end-user account standing and ban risk remain the responsibility of the account holder.

4. API Keys & Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and login credentials. Any API requests signed with your cryptographic keys are deemed authorized by your organization.

5. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Fun Loop Technologies Pvt Ltd be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from upstream network downtime or telecommunication failures.
