REGULATORY STANDARDS
Messaging Compliance Policy
Effective Date: October 2026
1. Consent Management (Opt-In Verification)
All transactional and promotional messaging dispatched through Api Partner must be supported by verifiable opt-in consent from the recipient. Consent must be explicit and verifiable via digital opt-in form, service agreement, or established customer relationship.
2. Mandatory Opt-Out & DND Compliance
Our automated gateway enforces built-in opt-out protection across all channels:
- Automated STOP Processing: Inbound user replies containing
STOP,UNSUBSCRIBE,QUIT, orDNDinstantly flag the recipient's phone number in the tenant's blacklist table. - Upstream Engine Blocking: Subsequent automated sends to blacklisted numbers are blocked immediately before consuming credits or touching upstream telecom routes.
3. Carrier & Platform Guidelines
- WhatsApp: Senders must adhere to Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. Automated accounts must implement gradual warm-up volume ramping.
- Telegram: Bots must strictly comply with Telegram's flood-wait rate limits (maximum 30 broadcast messages/second) to prevent HTTP 429 throttling.
- SMS & DLT: Domestic Indian SMS dispatches require verified Principal Entity IDs and registered Content Template IDs under TRAI TCCCPR standards.
